A very welcome rest day after a very busy week exploring the Tuscan countryside. We spent time at the pool, hung out with our new friends from Denmark (hi Erik, Milla and Cristina!) and generally relaxed.
This evening Sirena and Alessandro instructed the kids in the fine art of Tuscan pizza-making. Each child was given the opportunity to roll out dough, choose ingredients, bake and then serve a bit of pizza to the guests. It was a very fun meal for both the kids and the adults.
